Sarah spotted a little kid splash area and she and John had much more fun there - probably reliving some childhood fun they never had.
My fabulous Bulgarian instructor came over and I was able to meet her in person! She is such a wonderful person. She brought us all sorts of Bulgarian treats:
We went out for dinner and it was scrumptious, other than the incredibly bitter/tart "lemonade" that we ordered for everyone.
John started becoming emotional and before his dinner arrived, he put his head down and fell asleep. I could tell that something was wrong just upon sitting down at the table, but when asked he said he was fine. He slept the whole time we were there and then when we woke him to leave, he was very disoriented. We dropped Yana off and then came home to call Maggie. She asked him in every way possible to see what was going on, but he said nothing was wrong. Perhaps he was exhausted from swimming - both of the other kids were - or maybe all of the emotions of this huge change are hitting him. Hopefully a good night of rest will help.
We laughed so hard at this one!! Ha ha.
Sarah likes to lay out her clothes each night. I love it.
So hot in Plovdiv! Thank goodness for air conditioning!
